The objective of this is to define the School’s Transfer and Withdrawal Policy, which aim to provide an overall guideline for the administration of the transfer and withdrawal processes.
This document clearly defines the refund policy that the School adopts. The refund policy and processes that is detailed in the School’s policy and operation manual shall be in accordance with the guidelines as provided by the Committee for Private Education (“CPE”) in the EduTrust Guidance Document.

To ensure that students’ requests for course deferment managed in a fair and acceptable manner. It is the responsibility of the Operations Department to process the course deferment, transfer or withdrawal requests.
The School accepts both written (emails / letters / Feedback Forms) and verbal communications (meetings / telephone correspondences) for ease of providing feedback.
The Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) serves to protect students’ fees in the event a private education institution is unable to continue operating due to insolvency, and/or regulatory closure. The Fee Protection Scheme also protects students if the private education institution
Under the CPE requirements, it is a mandatory that all students, both local and international, sign the Standard PEI – Student Contract with Kimage prior to the commencement of the course. The contract is waived for students enrolling in courses with duration less than 50 hours or 30 days.
