Appeal Procedure

EXTERNAL EXAMINATION


  • Student who wishes to appeal will go directly to the External Partner (subjected to a fee)
  • Timeline will be given by the External Partner



IN-HOUSE COURSE

  • Upon release of results, students who are dissatisfied with the outcome may submit an Assessment Appeal Form to the Course Administrator / Education Executive. This is to be done within 7 working days of the release of examination results.
  • The Principal will review the request. If valid, the appeal will be circulated to the Examination Board for review and approval.
  • All decisions made by the Examination Board are final.
  • The Course Administrator / Education Executive will inform the student of the final decision within 1 month from the date of the appeal



LATE PAYMENT POLICY

In the event of late payment of course fees, the school reserves the right to implement a 1% late payment charge per day on the course fees outstanding.
