HAIRCUTTING (BARBERING) MODULE

COURSE CONTENT: PRACTICAL

Duration: 90 hours

Learning Outcome

Upon completion of the course, you will be able to perform:

Barbering with scissors
Barbering with clippers
Various internal layering techniques

This module introduces students to the barbering aspect of hair cutting using both scissors and clippers. The required techniques – internal layering and texturizing are being imparted through live models practical sessions.

In practical, student will prepare the client to meet the gowning requirements.

During cutting process, student will adjust their cutting techniques to take into account of critical influencing factors and consult with the client again to confirm the desired look.

COURSE ENTRY REQUIREMENT

Certificate in Shampoo & Blow Module.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENT

Students are required complete all tasks in order to graduate and obtain their relevant certificates.
COURSE AWARDS

Upon meeting all Graduation Requirements, you will be awarded the e-Certificate (send to your registered email address) for Haircutting (Barbering) Module by Kimage Hairdressing School.

Tool kit fee refers to the complete set of tools that are needed to perform all the practical tasks in the course.
Payable at point of purchase, which is the first day of class.
Example of Tool Kit set: Cutting Comb, Neck Brush, Paddle Brush, Scissors, Clipper, Thinning Scissors, Shoulder Pad, School Cutting Cape, Cutting Clips, Water Spray, Hair Dryer, School Apron and Dolly Heads.
